Your data is used to: process and manage your bookings, communicate about your rental, send booking confirmations and reminders, process payments, comply with legal obligations (insurance, traffic authorities), and improve our services.

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only with: payment processors (Stripe) to process payments, insurance providers as required by your coverage, law enforcement or traffic authorities when legally required. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your booking data for 7 years as required by Maltese tax law. Account data is kept until you request deletion. Payment card details are not stored on our servers — they are handled directly by our payment processor.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)
